Project overview

Modernist style new build in Westlake, TX designed with striking materials throughout the property. LXRY worked directly with the architect, builder, and homeowners from the early stages to conceptualize and execute this design. The main kitchen, catering kitchen, primary bathroom, primary closets, study, and secondary bedroom closets all feature cabinetry from our curated collection of Italian brands. Our preferred partner, Petra Stone, sourced all the beautiful stone surfaces used throughout the project.

Project approach

Taking Texas living to a whole new level with this stunning home. Its grand spaces demanded an equally captivating interior design, one that required careful consideration of materials and tones. A harmonious balance between light-toned cabinetry, white walls and herringbone textured wood flooring allows for a unique taupe stained color that beautifully compliments the stone found throughout the kitchen and foyer. Additionally, the dark closets intended to introduce dynamic contrast to the home, allowing the other details within this beautiful Texas abode to shine through.
